Bara Brith

Ingredients:

1 lb. Plain flour
pinch Salt
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 cup Currants
1 cup Sultanas
1 cup Large raisins
1 cup Dates stoned
1 cup Lard
a little Chopped candied peel
1/3 cup Baker's yeast
1 Egg

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 325-350 F

Mix all the dry ingredients and then mix in the egg.

Put the mix into a greased baking pan and bake for about 1 hour, until golden brown on top.

Serve 4-6 people
