Garam Assam ( Shrimps or Fish In Sour Sauce)Ingredients:
Procedure: Over high heat in a large sauce pan sauté the pounded ingredients in cooking oil for 2 minutes Add in a little tamarind juice and stir fry for another minute. Over high heat, add in the remaining tamarind juice, sugar and salt. Bring to boil and add meat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Serve with steamed white rice. Serve 4-6 people.
