Korean Seasoned PotatoesIngredients:
Wash and peel potatoes, slice into matchstick pieces, place in a bowl with cold water to prevent browning. Drain and place in saucepan with just enough water, to vaguely cover the potatoes. Bring to boil and cook just until tender for about 3 to 4 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine red chili, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame seed, sesame oil and scallion. Drain cooked potatoes well and add to soy sauce mixture, tossing well. Serves 6-8 people.
