Irish Hot PotIngredients:
In a medium heat, put large casserole pot buttered and layer the potatoes, onions and carrots. Season each layer with salt and pepper as you go along. Sprinkle with the rice, then the peas with their liquid and top with the meat and sausages. Pour the diluted soup all over, cover and bake in the oven at 375 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover, turn the sausages and bake for another hour, uncovered. Serve warm . Serve 8 people. |
