The cuisine of France is remarkably varied with many regional differences based on the produce and gastronomy of each region.
Culinary traditions that have been developed and perfected over the centuries have made French cooking a highly refined art.
Eating well is of prime importance to most French people, who spend an amazing amount of time thinking about, talking about and consuming food.

You can still enjoy France's epicurean delights by buying food at markets or specialty shops, trying the local delicacies of the particular regions you are in.
The range of wines like Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone and Champagne in particular have made the role models the world over.

They are the best ever wine quality and very good reputation of the fine wines.

Even their everyday wines are very enjoyable too, with plenty of good value wines now emerging from the southern regions because of the origins and styles.

France's 400 sorts of cheeses could really puzzle Mr. Mickey mouse .........

You get very confused when confronted with the uncountable designation of cheese of guaranteed origin, made with milk or pasteurized milk, farm made or mass produced. It is a matter of local flavors as well as a matter of money. You name the cheese you want, you can get them here.

I always think, that everyone should try to taste and cook variations of food cuisine in any corner of the universe, here are my proven French food I cooked and eaten while I was living i the UK.
