Ground beef (alternatively you can use any left over meat, chopped finely.) |

Frozen mixed vegetables, washed and thawed |

Gravy powder, to dilute on lukewarm water (1/2 cup) |

Mashed of stewed can tomatoes |

Dried herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, thyme and rosemary |

Sugar (brown if possible) |
7-8 medium. |
Potatoes peeled and boiled and mashed |

Butter, to mix doing mashed potatoes |

Milk, to mix doing mashed potatoes |
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except the mashed potatoes
To cook in the top burner:
You can cook this in a medium heated saucepan, sauté the onions in 2 tsp.
oil, until nearly brown, followed by the meat, stir
occasionally until brown.
Stir in the mixed vegetables, tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes and stir in the gravy liquid, stir
and cook for
less than 3 minutes.
Pour in the cooked ingredients in a round dish proof oven, follow the same procedure to finish cooking in the
oven.
To cook in the microwave:
Cook in microwave with lid for 22 minutes in high. (to stir at least once before it cook)
As it finished cooking in microwave, stuff mashed potatoes on top of bowl to look like a pie (flat and even)
Preheat oven at 300C for 5-8 minutes, and bake to 250C for 20-25 minutes in middle rack of oven.
Grill or Broil for 8-10 minutes to make the mashed potatoes crispy and brown and serve freshly cook
Serve 4-6 people.
