Grilled Pork Chops with Match Stick Potatoes
Ingredients:
some |
Sea salt and ground pepper, to be sprinkle in the
meat |
2 large size |
Pork Chops, lean with out fat |
1/2 lb. |
Mushroom, chopped |
1 medium size |
Onion, chopped |
2 medium size |
Potatoes, sliced into match stick sizes |
1/4 quart |
Low cholesterol cooking oil |
1 large size |
Zucchini, sliced coin ring in 1/4 inch |
1 large size |
Yellow squash, sliced coin ring in 1/4 inch |
Procedure:
Wash the pork chops and pat dry with paper towel and sprinkle some salt and
pepper.
Grill the chops in a medium heat, turning every 4 minutes each side, or until
it's cook.
Use a deep sauce pan, pour the oil to deep fry the string potatoes, fry until
brown and crispy,
Boil or steam the Zucchini and squash, for 5 minutes
In a medium skillet, pour 2 tbsp. of cooking oil and fry the mushrooms and
onion until golden brown.
Serve in 2 individual serving plates, put the fried mushrooms and onions over
the top of the pork chops.
Arrange the vegetables and fried string potatoes on the serving plate.
Serve 2 people.
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Useful tips:
Mushrooms and onion can de grill also, just trim the hard stem of the
mushroom, cut in halves, sliced the onion into quarter.
