Cooking in High Altitudes:

If you live more than 1,000 feet above sea level the best thing you need to know is to become familiar with is  how altitudes affects your food cooking.

Experimentation is  well needed with the recipe ingredients and find out the amount of balance that suits your location.

I suggest to keep tracking the amounts you use and  write down the amounts you use and your achievements on every cooking you will experiment.

Tips for Adjustments:

If you are living in 3,000 feet above:
Liquid ingredient, each cup should put more 1 to 2 more tablespoons.
Baking powder should reduced each teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon.
Sugar should be reduced 0 to1 tablespoon each cup.
The higher altitudes you live the more you reduced your baking powder and sugar, but you need to increased the liquid.
